We offer a wide range of services with a focus on IB education. Our goal is to personally approach every student and provide the maximum amount of individualised help. It is our primary mission to make sure that our students achieve the best results they are capable of!

Our services include regular tutoring to support students throughout the whole academic year and revision-targeted tutoring to prepare students for their exams. Both can be done in-person or online. We are here to help students of all grades from elementary school, MYP programme or DP programme.

IB tutoring in-person

In-person tutoring takes place in our office in the 20th district of Vienna. Our office is spacious and bright with a lot of light and all the essential equipment for efficent learning. Our goal was to create a relaxed and cozy atmosphere, where a student forgets the pressure and stress of being in school and can feel comfortable learning at their own pace with our tutors.

In-person tutoring proves to be more effective and beneficial than online tutoring because it is easier to build trusted and personal relationship. You can better read body language and social cues as well as see what a student is writing and can immediately correct them and offer advice. A student who is comfortable and relaxed with a tutor will be more productive and see more progress. Our goal is for tutors to become real mentors and family friends.

Online IB tutoring

Learn from the comfort of your home, from a ski resort during the winter break or from anywhere in the world with a good internet connection! Convenience and comfort are two things we highly value at U4Success. That is why we offer online tutoring session. Online tutoring can save time and money on transportation and allows for more flexible scheduling.

Different students have different learning styles and preferences, and some students benefit greatly from online tutoring. Online tutoring allows for one-on-one instruction, which is tailored to the student’s specific needs and learning style. It also offers more flexibility and lots of interactive tolls, such as whiteboards, video conferencing, and screen sharing. Interactive learning can enhance the learning experience and make it more engaging.

IB Revision courses

IB Revision Courses are short-term courses designed to help IB students prepare for exams or improve their understanding of a particular subject. We typically offer IB Revision Courses in the weeks or months leading up to exams with an intention to help IB students review and consolidate their knowledge in a focused and intensive way.

Our revision courses cover a range of subjects, including but not limited to math, biology, chemistry, German, and sports, exercise and health science. Our revision courses include a review of key concepts and topics, as well as practice exercises and mock exams to help IB students assess their progress and identify areas where they need to improve. Additionally, we offer strategies for effective studying and time management, as well as tips for managing stress and anxiety during the exam period. That is why, our revision courses are particularly helpful for students who struggle with exam preparation or who want to improve their performance in a particular subject.

Learning support

IB curriculum is an extremely challenging and demanding educational program. With all the opportunities that it offers it also requires lots of time, effort, strength, concentration and dedication. Under such amount of workload many IB students need additional learning support and help with their studies. Every student is unique and providing the right support can help students overcome obstacles and reach their full potential.

Learning support offers a wide range of advantages. Learning support helps students with targeted instructions in specific subjects, study skills training, or specialized accommodations to help them overcome learning challenges. Learning support can also help students feel more confident in their abilities and more engaged in their education. This can help them develop a positive attitude towards learning and feel more motivated to achieve their academic goals. It can also help them be more organised, meet deadlines and releave some pressure from their parents.

We particularly help MYP students who struggle to keep up with the constantly increasing workload and offer support with weekly assignments, ManageBac and deadlines.

University Counselling

Under the pressure of the IB Diploma Programme it becomes exceedingly challenging to find time to research universities, application deadlines and admission criterias. School workload often leaves no time to think about the future, write admission assays and meet the deadlines. That is why U4Success offers private University Counselling to help IB students get into the universities of their dreams.

Our University Counselling service offers two possibilities. We offer private consultation and discussion with our University Admissions specialist on an appoinment basis. And we also offer a two-year supervised guidance that makes sure our students meet all the dealines, write outstanding motivation letters, choose the most suitable degrees and are generally prepared and independent enough for university life.

Careers Counselling

Our career counseling service is meant to help students explore their career goals, interests, and values. We closely work with students to help them identify their strengths and weaknesses, assess their skills and abilities, and develop a plan for achieving their career goals.

As part of our careers counselling service we help students with career exploration, resume writing, skill development and school planning. We also offer advice about different career paths and industries, how to research potential employers and job opportunities as well as how to search for jobs, network with potential employers, and prepare for job interviews.

Our goal is to provide students with the tools and resources they need to make informed decisions about their future and achieve success in their chosen career path.

Organisation and Management

Our Organisation and Management training is meant to help students to learn the essential skills of structuring and organising their work. As every student is unique and can have different learning and working preferences we aim at identifying those preferences and suggesting the best management strategies for them. It is especially important for students who struggle with the traditional learning and management approaches and need an innovative and personalised solution.

Our Organisation and Management training tackles different life situations and offers personalised strategies for learning, exam preparation, structuring weekly workload, reducing procrastination, increasing efficency and finding motivation.

The training is offered by specialists in pedagogy and project management.

Wir bieten, über das IB Tutoring hinaus, ebenso Lernunterstützung für ihre Kind an, welches sich in einer Schule mit nationalem Curriculum (österreichische Matura) befindet.
